A Day Of Infamy

Doctor Toms Rant - Blogged

June 28th, a day of infamy, has delivered to America a serious blow. While non-interested citizens go about iPhoning, texting, tweeting and regurgitating their lunch on Facebook and blasting their brains with tunes from MP3 devices, they fail to realized there no longer are there 3 branches of government. There's not even two.

The executive branch, with its media control, union support, and support of all those who feed at the government teet, is now the only branch of government existing. The Supreme Court, in all its errant intellect among 5 jusitices, has no clue what the difference is between a tax and a penalty/fine and therefore has exhibited its irrelevancy to America. A five year old would know the difference if it were not for the progressives who have hijacked the education system. Congress has already abdicated their constituents' rights a long time ago.

I would have believed it if Kennedy was on the liberal side, but Roberts? Who would have thought that this man would revert to socialism? Obama's Alinsky-like tyrannical march has begun. Taxes were to go through the roof starting in 2013, but now they will explode. The middle class has now been dealt the largest tax increase in modern times. Insurance companies might as well fold their tents now. Businesses should tie up their money and inventory now because the economy will dip into a severe recession if Obama is re-elected.

There is no question that he is spiking the ball since 10am, June 28th, 2012. He now feels the reins have loosened, and the rider is useless in the saddle.

If anything positive will come from this ludicrous decision it is that conservative Americans wake up and will now start to appear from the woodwork and join a formidable force to elect more conservatives to the Senate and the oval office in November. If so, Roberts just handed Romney the Oval Office. If not, Lenin, Mao, Chavez, and Castro would be proud of America.

Should America not become vibrant and committed to conservatism at this point in our country's socialist upheaval, the revered American life style will disappear, and government will soon be at your dinner table and sleeping in your bed.
