June 28 th , a day of infamy, has delivered to America a serious blow. While non-interested citizens go about iPhoning, texting, tweeting and regurgitating their lunch on Facebook and blasting their brains with tunes from MP3 devices, they fail to realized there no longer are there 3 branches of government. There's not even two.  The executive branch, with its media control, union support, and support of all those who feed at the government teet, is now the only branch of government existing. The Supreme Court, in all its errant intellect among 5 jusitices, has no clue what the difference is between a tax and a penalty/fine and therefore has exhibited its irrelevancy to America.  A five year old would know the difference if it were not for the progressives who have hijacked the education system.  Congress has already abdicated their constituents' rights a long time ago.   I would have believed it if Kennedy was on the liberal side, but Roberts? For years, I have advised my children to be totally aware what is being taught to their children. I have seen the insidious onslaught of socialism, Marxism, and communism creep into the K-12 school system and the apathy of the parents who seem just to be happy to use schools as a babysitter so they don't have to deal with them during the day. The governor, Democrat Mark Dayton, tried an Obama end run around the MN legislature to try to get 4300 private child-care businesses unionized without any authority from the legislature through an preposterous executive order. Last night I was seriously thinking about writing an article about the “OWS” groups. Is it just me or are there any Americans who are absolutely fed up with our representatives in congress. They continue to amaze Americans with the legality of their errant ways, and there never seems to be an end to it. It is legal for any congressman to use insider information and trade stocks in order to become rich and more richer every day. It is legal to place 6 far right democrats and 6 totally right leaning republicans, each group having diametrically opposed views of how government should function, and then expect them to come to a consensus of opinion and do it in a nanosecond of time. It is legal for the majority leader of the Senate to just not allow any legislation to voted on that he does not desire. It is absolutely legal for a politician in high office to lie. It is legal for any of his staff to lie. It is legal for a politician in high office to publish any fraudulent material he desires. It is legal for a politician to lie to grand jury and never be prosecuted.

Just look what the democrats want to do in Delaware despite all the cons there are and little pros available to support it. Yesterday (6/14/12) a bill was introduced in the Delaware House of Representatives by Democrat members of the House and Senate to socialize healthcare in the State of Delaware. On the surface, it is still just a bill as it was only just introduced yesterday. However, in Delaware we have one party rule with almost no Republican opposition. Delaware currently has a Democrat Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General, Insurance Commissioner, State Treasurer, Super Majority in the State Senate, Majority in the State House of Representatives, and our entire Federal Delegation to the Federal Government are Democrats as well. If the Democrat party in Delaware wants to push legislation, there is really nothing that can stop them.                              Homeland Security Orders a Reduction in Border Inspections    While Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano  touts the U.S. border as being more secure than ever,  the Department is quietly ordering Customs and Border Protection (CBP)  to scale back border inspections .  In a news report out of Texas last week, current and former CBP agents are saying the standard daily presence and routine checks normally conducted by CBP officers at transportation hubs are a thing of the past.  ( KRGV , Oct. 25, 2011)  According to the Associated Press , field offices nationwide began receiving secret orders to scale back the inspections soon after Secretary Napolitano announced the administration would begin to grant administrative amnesty to illegal aliens in deportation proceedings.
