Effort to Pay Hospitals Based on Quality Didn't Cut Death Rates Medicare's largest effort to pay hospitals based on how they perform -- an inspiration for key parts of the health care law -- did not lead to fewer deaths, a new study has found, says Kaiser Health News. The study casts doubt on a central premise of the health law's effort to rework the financial incentives for hospitals with the aim of saving money while improving patient care. This fall, Medicare is going to start altering its payments to more than 3,000 hospitals based on how patients rate their stays and how completely hospitals follow a handful of clinical guidelines for basic care. All bets were on Jeffrey Sachs. Sachs even thought he was the man, as countries around the world were lining up behind him.  However, President Obama out of the blue nominates Kim. The Solar thing just got a little more   interesting.......REALLY! The Tonopah Solar company in  Harry Reid's  Nevada  is   getting a  $737 million loan from Obama's DOE. The project will produce a 110   megawatt power system and employs l45 permanent workers. That's costing us   just  $16 million per job. One of the investment partners in this endeavor is  Pacific Corporate Group (PCG). The PCG executive director is Ron Pelosi who  is the brother to Nancy 's husband . EVERY AMERICAN SHOULD KNOW HOW THEIR MONEY IS BEING STOLEN    SO  FORWARD THIS TO  EVERYBODY.

Obama, knowing full well he may be in trouble in the polls, has decided to go to Oklahoma and pretend, YES, I SAID "PRETEND", that he is okaying the KEYSTONE PIPELINE.  This leg of the pipeline which has been going on for quite a while and over which Obama has NO CONTROL, is a done deal between OK and TX.  He is out there trying to take credit for the entire KEYSTONE PIPELINE which he has stopped dead in its tracks and continues to deny any movement forward.  You see, he only has control over international pipelines, not pipeline between states!!  He is now in his most favorite place, LYING to the American people at every chance he has .  Why do you think the Governor and other high OK officials are OUT OF TOWN , TODAY? And with the aid of the subservient media, he is trying to fool the American public in to believe he is starting to give his benevolent OK for the Keystone Pipeline. IT AIN'T SO, FOLKS. HE'S LYING TO YOU!!!!!

I am not usually one of those pundits who like to predict the future, but I am going out on a limb here and suggest the possibility of Obama becoming nervous about his re-election. His recent decree or executive order to institute martial law at will or his whim without any catastrophe or foreign attack has gotten me thinking why. Why would the president use his power to usurp more power? Simply to be able to control American resources in time of problems HE deems destructive: Americans, conservatism, freedom, liberty, and individual property rights and liberty or is it for foreign invasions or war with Iran? Obama’s National Defense Resources Preparedness order  gives the president authority to approve the dispensing of all domestic energy, production, transportation, food, and water supplies as he deems necessary to protect national security. The Obama campaign has enlisted the help of Hollywood and Tom Hanks to make a mini-documentary on how awesome Barack Obama’s Presidency has been. Of course, he’s been so horrific a president it makes sense he’d need to recruit people who make stuff up for a living to promote himself. Why’d they select that name, "The Road We've Traveled.?  This name  is similar to a a book written in 1942 by a Stuart Chase, a FDR fan, spouting the good of centralized government and an executive arm growing at the expense of the legislative and judicial arm. A Maryland resident was denied the renewal of his gun permit even after his home was invaded by a burglar who he held at bay with his shotgun. The burglar, being from a liberal state, was convicted and placed on probation soon to assault a police officer while trying to burglarize another home. The police arrived 2.5 hours later for the Maryland resident's call to 911. The state police found "no good or substantial reason" and felt the resident showed "no evidence to support apprehended fear" as their reasoning behind their refusal to renew. The burglar also lived only 3 blocks from the resident's home! After appealing this decision through several liberal reviews, the resident case was finally heard by a judge.
